Refund policy
At Texas Corporation Supplies Incorporated d/b/a TCS Liberty Legal, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order is produced accurately. Please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and order corrections.
Stock Products
Stock (non-custom) items may be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- The item is unused and undamaged.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item is in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom imprinted products
- Custom engraved products
- Custom-manufactured products
- Software products
- Digital downloads (including, but not limited to, Minutes & Bylaws files, downloadable forms, templates, and similar electronic products)
- CDs, DVDs, USB drives, or other digital media that have been opened or accessed
Because custom and digital products are created specifically for each customer or delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customer Approval of Custom Orders
Before submitting an order for any custom imprinted or engraved product, customers are required to review and approve the spelling, layout, names, dates, and all other personalized information.
Our ordering process includes multiple opportunities for customers to verify the accuracy of their order before it is submitted for production.
By approving your order, you acknowledge that all information has been reviewed and approved for production.
Customer Errors
If an error is discovered after production that resulted from information provided or approved by the customer, we may, at our discretion, offer replacement or corrected items at a reduced cost.
Please do not discard any items until you have contacted us and received further instructions, as only the corrected components may need to be replaced.
Our Errors
If we determine that an order was produced incorrectly due to our error, we will remake or replace the affected item(s) at no additional charge.
Replacement orders will be shipped using our standard shipping method (typically FedEx Ground) unless otherwise agreed.
Return Authorization
To help us process your request efficiently, please contact us before returning any merchandise.
We may require photographs, order information, or the return of the original product before issuing a replacement or refund.
Claims and Return Deadlines
All claims for shortages, defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, or return requests must be submitted within 90 daysof the original purchase date.
Claims submitted after 90 days may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
