How do I create an account? | |
2. Enter your email address. 3. Click on "I am a new customer”. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |

How do I edit my account information? | |
Click on "My Account" located at the bottom left side of our website to edit your account information. |

How much is my shipping? | |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page where you will be offered different Shipping Methods and prices. |

I forgot my password. | |
Click on "My Account" located at the bottom left hand side of our website. Under the login box you'll see the words "Forgot Password?" written in red, click here. Then proceed to enter your email you signed up with and we will email you a link that you will click to reset your password. After you have successfully reset your password, you may now login using your new password. |

When will my order ship? | |

After placing your order, you can click on "My Account located on the bottom left side of our website to track your order status. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
